Coach Dave takes great pride in helping clients improve their health while crushing their personal goals. Dave works with clients of all levels through the coaching program 3V Nutrition. Dave established the multi-sport elite age group program 3V Racing in 2015 and under his guidance, these athletes worked throughout the inaugural season to reach a top team ranking of 7th in the world. Since this time the program has sent numerous athletes to the IRONMAN World Championships, IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships, ITU World Championships, and USA Triathlon National Championships. Dave is a 19x time 70.3 and 11x IRONMAN finisher to include six consecutive qualifications to the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships, eight straight selections for Team USA, and a 2019 Kona qualification. Dave is a 6x IRONMAN All-World Athlete and 6x time All-American. Coaching Certifications: USA Triathlon Level II, Precision Nutrition Level II "Master Coach," TrainingPeaks Level II, TrainingPeaks Power Certified, and an IRONMAN Certified Coach.
