Team House – IRONMAN Texas 70.3 2022
The team has a beautiful 2000+ sq ft. newly renovated beach house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms located 5-miles from Moody Gardens, and the IRONMAN 70.3 Texas race venue. The home is one block from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and Pleasure Pier.
Athletes have the choice of a private room with a king or queen bed.
Each athlete staying in the team house will receive:
- Gu Energy Nutrition Products for Training and Racing
- RX Bar Breakfast snacks
- Drinks from Athletic Brewing Co.
The house will have the following available for use:
- Bike maintenance tools, pumps, and cleaning supplies
- NormaTec Recovery Boots
- Omnium Bike Trainers
- House Amenities: kitchen, wifi, washer, dryer, TV, A/C, and basic toiletries
The cost for the team house is $1300 per king bedroom or $1250 per queen bedroom; athletes are welcome to bring a travel companion. Athletes are welcome to arrive and depart the home based on their individual travel needs, however, the team will not prorate the cost per room.

- As a non-championship race or training camp this house will have a reduced staff and limited group events; don’t worry there will always be team pancakes and tiramisu the night prior to the race.
Team Houses – Training & Social Events
Triple Victor provides Team Houses to ease race travel logistics and build esprit de corps amongst the team. Team Houses are not Team Training Camps, and all athletes, guests, and staff assume responsibility for their safety while training or participating in events during their stay at a Team House. Athletes and guests are welcome to coordinate training with other athletes and to train in groups to enhance safety, but these training events are independent unsanctioned events. Only Triple Victor coaches can plan, publish, and host team-sanctioned training events or team meetings. To be considered a team-sanctioned event per USA Triathlon, a Triple Victor coach must post the event to the Team Calendar, and a minimum of three (3) club members must be present at the event while under the supervision of at least one (1) coach.
Alcohol, Drug, & Tobacco Policy
Triple Victor prohibits the use of alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, including smokeless tobacco, or vaping in or around Team Houses, Team House grounds, facilities rented by Triple Victor, or at team events. Triple Victor prohibits participation in team events (training or meetings) while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Triple Victor exempts non-alcoholic beers and drinks with an ABV of 0.5% or less for consumption in Team Houses or at team meetings.
In the event that the IRONMAN 70.3 Texas is canceled or postponed prior to February 25, 2022, Triple Victor will refund athletes the full value of the booking. If the race is canceled or postponed after February 25th, 2022, Triple Victor will keep the Team House open for those that wish to train on the racecourse or vacation in Galveston, TX; this option does not constitute a Team Training Camp or Team Training and will not include coached training sessions. If athletes attending the team house wish to schedule a coached session or physiological testing in the event of a canceled race please coordinate directly with the assigned Team Coach.
COVID vaccination is required for staying in Triple Victor Team Houses or attending in-person Triple Victor events. Athletes, guests, and staff must include a digital copy of their vaccination card/record during the booking process.
Athletes may request a refund up to 90-days out from the start of the event. There is a 5% processing fee to cover non-refundable team costs associated with payment processing. The refund window for this Team House closes on December 29th, 2021.
